Hello, I’m Lindsay Stetson Thompson.

Great brands are built with intention, craft, and someone who cares about the difference between good and extraordinary.

My work lives where brand storytelling, campaign creative, and art direction meet: work that makes people stop scrolling. I care about craft in the smallest details, a typeface’s weight, a color palette’s mood, a photograph that says as much as the copy around it.

What’s less common is that I understand how creative teams function at scale. I’ve rebuilt workflows, managed production budgets, and led teams up to 20 people, investing in the individuals behind the work as much as the work itself. A former CEO once called me a left-brain/right-brain thinker. I’ve come to see that as the job: holding the creative standard while understanding the business well enough to advocate for it in the right rooms.

Creative teams do their best work when quality and business strategy are treated as one conversation. That means knowing where quality drives revenue and building systems that protect the work.

If you’re building something that needs to be as smart as it is beautiful, I’d like to help you get there.
