Hello, I’m Lindsay Stetson Thompson.

Great brands don’t happen by accident. They’re built—with intention, craft, and someone who cares deeply about the difference between good and extraordinary.

My work lives at the intersection of brand storytelling, campaign creative, and the kind of art direction that makes people stop scrolling. I care deeply about craft: the quality of a photograph or video, the weight of a typeface, the way a color palette makes someone feel before they’ve read a single word.

What’s less common is that I also understand how creative teams actually function at scale. I’ve rebuilt workflows, managed production budgets with P&L accountability, and led teams of 10–20 people—all without letting operational pressure become an excuse for mediocre work. A former CEO described me as a left-brain/right-brain thinker, which I’ve come to see as the job: holding the creative standard and understanding the business well enough to advocate for it in the right rooms.

I believe creative teams should operate as growth engines, not cost centers. That means knowing where quality drives revenue, designing smarter systems that protect the work, and leading with curiosity.

If you’re building something that deserves to be beautiful, I’d like to help you get there.
